4gb flash drives
These drives are a great value--good little work horses for moving data around. They aren't fancy, but they get the job done. One thing a was concerned about was whether the opening to attach a key chain or lanyard would be big enough to be useful and it is. Anything you'll want to attach the drive to will work.

Pros: Value (these are lower priced compared to the competition), decent speed, readyboost works on these. Not a super durable case but it should be okay.
Cons: Not really a con but when buying three identical flash drives you need to label them on the outside and rename them in Windows so you know which drive you are working on and which one you can remove. Like all flash drives with untethered caps, the cap can be easily lost.
After almost losing two caps the first day I used them, I modified them by drilling a hole (1/16) in the cap and attaching a line to the cap and to the place where you can attach a lanyard. I used fishing line as it was readily available. Ugly but I get to keep my caps.
